چکیده

Efficient energy storage systems are recharged from the nano batteries; however, available of present nanomaterial batteries remains capable for many applications due to limited basic charging capacity electrode materials. A cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanocrystal (NCs) or quantum dots (QDs) that was prepared by chemical reaction and were fabricated battery device using PVV / Li: graphite CdS Al. The optical properties QDs described spectrometers ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis.) photoluminescence (PL), results indicating where nanocrystalline structures formed. gap (Eg) measured PL found be about 2.69 eV. led improving performs in terms enhancing mobility carrier's consequently processes recombination between Li-ions. characteristics current-voltage (I-V) indicate acceptable conditions generation light at (3 Volt). can designed determine fundamentals ion electron transport nanostructures test limits three-dimensional technologies. semiconductor substance (CdS QDs) with (Li) has been successful operating a few voltages giving good current. Fabrication Li devices involved efficiency devices.

Quantum dots of CdS synthesized by micro-emulsion under ultrasound: size distribution and growth kinetics

Quantum dots of CdS with hexagonal phase were prepared at relatively low temperature (60 oC) and short time by micro-emulsion (O/W) under ultrasound. This study was focused on the particle size distribution and the growth kinetics. The particle size distribution obtained from the optical absorption edge. It was relatively symmetrical with sonication time. In addition, an agreement was observed ...

Light Emission from CdS Quantum Dots Stabilized by Sugars

CdS nanoparticles were successfully synthesized using starch, amylopectin and maltodextrin, as a capping agent. Optical properties of the final products have been investigated by photoluminescence spectroscopy and Raman scattering. The atomic force microscopy gave a particle of an average size of approximately 6 nm. Our research reveals that all prepared sugar–quantum dot aqueous solutions were...
